		<description>Hi Diane! Thanks for commenting! Yes, I think it&#039;d be okay to sub in unsweetened soy or rice milk. I like the Silk brand. You might need a bit more parmesan cheese to make up for the creaminess.  Let me know how it turns out!</description>
